Cancellation Policy {IMPORTANT}

Your deposit of $825 {or $875} is non-refundable.

Cancellations received anytime after November 30, 2024 result in a loss of 50% of the total retreat cost. {Note: Any early-bird discount becomes non-applicable in the event of cancellation.}

Any cancellations received after January 31, 2025 will result in a 100% loss of the total retreat cost. {Note: Any early-bird discount becomes non-applicable in the event of cancellation.}

Please note that cancellations must be received in writing.​

​We reserve the right to cancel the trip in the event that we do not meet the retreat minimum. In the event the retreat is cancelled by us, all money paid will be fully refunded.
